Yes, life’s been always inspiring.
Of all investments I know of, investing in people is the best thing ever.
I am a firm believer in “One Life.” This belief did not come naturally to me. It evolved along with the bundle of experiences that came along when life threw challenges at me.
Let me admit that I was scared each time. But each time, I stood firm and faced it, not alone, but with a bunch of good people. It is true, “No battles are won alone.” Organisations exist only on paper; their real existence is the team that operates them.
My passion for working with people and their dynamics has drawn me towards my profession of Human Resource Management. Each Organisation I worked for, each role I took up, came with a bundle of new challenges new lessons. I learned I unlearned, I experienced, and I grew.
Now when I look back, it’s these experiences that made me who I am today. I want to contribute more and not limit myself. I want to explore opportunities and engage with individuals who contribute to the world and environment. I want to help and support people in whatever possible way I can. The world is an open place; it’s we who draw boundaries.

Yes, I have; everything that I have written I have published in my fictional world with the audience applauding in a standing ovation. However, this is my first book going out in the physical world, getting to feel the reader for the first time.
Though a few of my poems were published in school and college magazines, I never thought of going beyond a close-knit circle of readers.
The sole article which actually got to see the light of the day was a decade ago, “Battling Travel Demons”, published in Hindustan Times.
I was too shy to publish because I lacked confidence. When I compare my writing to epic pieces of literature, I feel like an amateur. After collating the life experiences of four decades, I learned that it’s ‘OK’ to start as an inexperienced writer again!
What do I say? I grew up with Twinkle books! I still love them. Yes, that’s me. I enjoy reading short stories that include fables, drabbles, flash fiction, and mini-sagas. In short, any literature that has a story and that is short is of my interest. See, it goes true to my name as well, Mini!
I started writing poems at the age of 15. However, it took me 25 years to take this one step of publishing. Call it lack of confidence or the fear of being out in the open; honestly, I still got those cold feet. When I knew that I was ready for this leap, MY MENTORS WALKED IN.
I agree with what the wise say on how life is nothing but a string of moments. My book ‘Enchanting Moments & Beyond‘ attempts to string the multi-faceted, emotive beads that represent the dynamics in diverse couple relationships. Since moments are unchained, you won’t find a beginning or a conclusion in these stories. They are vivid, vibrant, and flawed, making them unique and original. No matter what the moments bring you, happiness or sorrow, know that it will never-ever last forever. That’s the beauty of the moment – you never are where you are for very long.
